Believe me, It takes you a total of 55 mins for a delicious cake. The ingredients are just so easy to find from any convenient store. In this recipe, I will go with the classic. But as always, I encourage you to make your own cake by adding some fruit or flavor. It’s still a nice cake. Do not be afraid, let’s make it.
Ingredients
a. Crumb Crust
- 2 cups crushed Nilla wafers
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
b. Glaze
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
c. Cheesecake Filling
* 24 oz cream cheese and softened ( you can defrost in the microwave for few minutes)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 for at least 10-15 minutes . Put all the Crumb Crust ingredients into a pan and mix well.
Step 2
Bake for approx 5 minutes. Then sit to the side
Step 3
In a big bowl, on low-medium speed beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Step 4
Add one egg at a time and mix well 1-2 minutes. Before adding another one. Mix until incorporated.
Step 5
Put sugar and Vanilla extract. Continue beating until all ingredients are well mixed together.
Step 6
Pour the mixture on top of crumb crust

Take another bowl, mix the light brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture on top of cheesecake. Use a fork to swirl until sugar is mixed.
Step 8
Again bring the cake to bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Turn-off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Get the cake out of the oven, use a small knife to run around the edge. It helps to easier take out the cake later
Step 10
Put all the Glaze Topping ingredients into a separate bowl, mix together before pouring onto cheesecake right after it comes out of the oven.
Step 11
Chill slowly for 6 hours and serve in small bite with a dollop of whipped cream.
